Yasmine Aitken is the Team Coordinator for the EIT Education & Scholarships team. In this role, she provides vital administrative and operational support to the Programme Director and wider team. Facilitating the smooth running of EIT's education initiatives.
Prior to joining EIT, Yasmine gained valuable experience across recruitment and talent development, including completing the Vodafone HR Discover Graduate Programme, with rotations in the diversity & inclusion, HR business partnering and organisational effectiveness, as well as the EMEA Recruitment Coordinator at Fitch Ratings.
A graduate of the University of Portsmouth, with a first-class honour in BSc (Hons) Psychology, Yasmine is undergoing her CIPD level 5.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, swimming, knitting, embroidery and is an avid reader. Her book recommendations include: 'The Mountains Sing' by Nguy峄卬 Phan Qu岷 Mai and 'A Thousand Splendid Suns' by Khaled Hosseini.
