Stu Steele is the Senior Maintenance Engineer at EIT. He looks after facilities and critical engineering systems and makes sure operations stay reliable, safe and compliant. He brings 23 years of practical engineering experience and a calm head in busy environments.
Before joining EIT he served in the Royal Air Force as an Aircraft Engineer. He worked in a mix of technical and leadership roles that included managing maintenance activity, supporting infrastructure and overseeing engineering standards at RAF Brize Norton, RAF Benson and overseas.
He holds recognised, accredited qualifications in facilities management, engineering and leadership.
Outside of work he enjoys paddle boarding, 3D printing and building Lego sets (sometimes with his children).
