Rosie is an experienced Property Manager with over 15 years of expertise in managing diverse property portfolios. In her current role at EIT, Rosie oversees a wide range of assets across Oxford and London, liaising effectively with solicitors, agents, insurance brokers, tenants, and landlords to ensure seamless portfolio management and optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Before joining EIT, Rosie spent 13 years as a commercial property Asset Manager, working both as an agent and for the FTSE 250 property investment and development company, CLS Holdings PLC. She became a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2009.
Additionally, she has a unique background in landscaping, having spent five years as Head Landscape Gardener, where she created and managed a large maintenance team for a prominent Oxfordshire landscaping business, while also managing a residential portfolio of 50 assets.
