Hermione Glyn is a Commercial Projects Manager at EIT. Hermione supports initiatives in business planning and partnership strategy, working towards EIT's mission of building commercially sustainable solutions to humanity鈥檚 most enduring challenges.
Hermione brings a decade of experience in competitive intelligence and market analysis in finance and life sciences. Before joiningEIT, she held senior roles at Cambridge Healthcare Research, where she led clinical and commercial strategy projects for blockbuster pharmaceuticals and biotech portfolio teams. Prior to this, she led business insights in the commercial team for Sensyne Health, a start up working with the NHS in applying real world data to improve patient outcomes. Hermione holds an MSc in Drug Design from UCL and a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial.
Outside of work, Hermione enjoys playing squash, climbing mountains, and paragliding.
